Guest Workers Missing in Huntsville Alabama

Maybe its unfair but I'm gonna say it anyway... this is what you get when you do a guest worker program! EastOfHuntsville.com has news for Huntsville, Alabama and they ran a story entitled What's Going On At Cinram? Apparently the company, Cinram, Inc, hired a bunch of foreign nationals as temporary workers to help through the holidays and now upwards of 150 of them are just plain missing! The company also "made arrangements" for housing for these guest workers in the form of furnished apartments. Now, not only are the workers gone but the furnishings from many of their apartments are gone as well. But the company pleads "Not our responsibility"

Well if the company recruited them from a foreign country, made living arrangements for them in the states, and sponsored their H2B visas... are they really not responsible?
